Senior Consultants

When appropriate, Lieber & Associates consulting taps the resources of its extensive network of senior consultants (20+ years experience) to participate in selected components of client engagements. Specialists in telephone rep training, database and other areas of teleservices are available if required. Mitchell Lieber personally directs their work and clients always receive a senior consultants name and biography prior to their participation in a project.

Analysts

Julie Guenther edits Lieber & Associates’ processes and reports to assure quality outcomes, clarity and thoroughness. She holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Northern Illinois University and began working with the firm in 1993.

Sandra Lashley develops customized spreadsheets and databases in support of assessments, conducts research for L&A engagements and has responsibilities in client relations. Sanz joined the organization in 2001 and holds a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University.
